Is this the same Petrx2go that I previously purchased pet products from?

Yes, we're the same company with a shiny new website that features more images, an uncluttered design and our newly designed logo. We believe these changes have made faster, easier to navigate, and more user-friendly. Rest assured, we still offer the same products at the best price guaranteed, with the great customer service that you've come to expect. 

Do I have to create a new account if I had one already on the old website?

Unfortunately, you will have to create a new account and re-enter your pet information and veterinarian information for our records. We're sorry for the inconvenience. All of this information will be saved to your account thereafter to help speed along future orders. You will also be able to access this information at any time by logging into your account.

How do I access my account?

Simply click 'My Account' on the top right corner of the page and login with your email and password. On 'My Account' you can access your orders, print them out and use our convenient 'Reorder' option. You also can edit your pet and veterinarian information or change your shipping and billing information at any time.

How do I know if the product requires a prescription?

All prescription products on Petrx2go are identified by a red Rx to the left of the product name. Those not identified by an Rx can be ordered without a prescription. Keep in mind, it is your right to obtain a prescription for your pet’s health care needs. Most veterinarians are willing to comply. Read more about purchasing prescription pet medication here.

How do I order my pet's prescription medicine?

As a verified pharmacy through the NABP® .Pharmacy Verified Websites Program, we can dispense your pet's prescriptions with a veterinarians authorization. During checkout, we will request your pet's information and their veterinarians contact information for authorization purposes. We will also ask you to select an option for Petrx2go to obtain your prescription. We can contact your veterinarian for approval or if you have a written prescription you may mail the original signed copy to our pharmacy located at:

Once your prescription order is placed it will be on hold for 7 days to allow time for us to receive the prescription. When your prescription has been received in our pharmacy, your credit card will be charged and the order will ship. Please allow 2 to 5 working days Monday to Friday for delivery. If you wish to have an order expedited, please call 1-800-798-2165 for pricing.

How are shipping rates determined?

The cost of shipping on orders under $69.00 is a flat-rate $7.00. We offer free shipping on orders over $69!

If you need to cancel an order, please call us toll free at 1-800-798-2165 as soon as possible. If your order has yet to ship, we can cancel it free of charge. If your order has already shipped, it will be subject to our return policy.

About discount codes & promotions

Occasionally, you may be able to get additional savings in the form of discount codes that we will offer on Petrx2go, Social Media or by email. These discount codes can be applied on the 'Shopping Cart' screen before you begin your checkout. You will see a box on the left side of the page, under your items, where you can enter the code. You will see a notification that the discount was applied and will see the savings amount beneath your subtotal. The discount will only apply to your order subtotal. Shipping cost and taxes are not eligible for discount. Discount codes cannot be combined and cannot be applied to an already completed order. Discount codes are only eligible to be applied on your next purchase. Petrx2go reserves the right to limit coupons to one per customer. Petrx2go reserves the right to end the eligibility of discount codes. Petrx2go does not accept manufacturer rebates.
